Terms & Conditions

1. Advance Booking - Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the service date and are -subject to availability.

2. Booking Confirmation - Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Services are only guaranteed upon receipt of full payment.

3. Package Validity - This package is valid for a single trip and includes:

   • One (1) Airport Arrival Transfer with Meet & Greet.

   • One (1) Airport Departure Transfer.

   • Executive Concierge services as listed under the package inclusions.

     
     

4. Airport Meet & Greet - Our chauffeur will meet guests at the designated arrival hall with a personalised name sign. Flight arrival times will be monitored to accommodate flight delays.

5. Waiting Time - Complimentary waiting time is provided in accordance with our Airport Transfer Waiting Time Policy. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period will be charged at the prevailing rates.

6. Restaurant Reservations - One (1) restaurant reservation is included. Reservations are subject to availability and the restaurant’s operating hours. Food and beverage charges are not included unless otherwise stated.

7. Attraction Ticket Arrangements - The package includes concierge assistance for arranging up to two (2) attraction tickets. Admission tickets and related fees are payable separately unless specifically stated as included.

8. SIM/eSIM & EZ-Link Card Arrangement - Concierge assistance will be provided for the purchase or collection of SIM/eSIM and EZ-Link cards. The cost of the SIM/eSIM, EZ-Link card, top-ups, registration requirements, and applicable government regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

9. Travel Itinerary - A personalised Singapore travel itinerary will be prepared based on the information provided by the guest prior to arrival. Changes requested after the itinerary has been finalised may be subject to availability.

10. Emergency Local Assistance - Concierge assistance is available during your stay for reasonable travel-related support. This service does not include medical, legal, financial, immigration, or emergency rescue services.

11. Vehicle & Passenger Policy - The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s permitted capacity. Additional vehicles required will incur separate charges.

12. Seat Belt Requirement - All passengers must wear seat belts at all times in accordance with Singapore law. Child seats are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

13. Changes & Additional Services - Any additional transfers, waiting time, concierge requests, attraction bookings, purchases, or services outside the package inclusions will be charged separately.

14. Cancellation & Refunds - Confirmed bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any approved refunds are subject to applicable administrative charges.

15. Force Majeure - Luce Sovereign shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to flight disruptions, severe weather, traffic conditions, government restrictions, public events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

16. Right to Amend - Luce Sovereign reserves the right to amend package inclusions, assign an equivalent or higher-class vehicle where operationally necessary, and update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
