Terms & Conditions
1. The package is valid for 4 days and includes up to 10 consecutive service hours per day.
2. Airport transfers include one arrival transfer and one departure transfer with Meet & Greet service.
3. Additional chauffeur service beyond the included hours will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate.
4. The Executive Concierge service includes coordination, reservations, and general assistance only. Any third-party products, tickets, purchases, or service fees are not included unless otherwise stated.
5. Restaurant reservations, meeting scheduling, event registration, courier arrangements, and basic secretarial assistance are subject to availability and the operating hours of the respective service providers.
6. Personal Shopping Concierge includes shopping planning and assistance only. The cost of purchased items, shipping, taxes, customs duties, and related charges shall be borne by the customer.
7. Complimentary bottled water, snacks, Wi-Fi, and charging cables are provided subject to availability and are non-refundable.
8. Any additional expenses incurred on behalf of the customer, including but not limited to attraction tickets, dining, shopping, courier charges, admission fees, and third-party service charges, shall be payable by the customer.
9. All confirmed bookings are final. No cancellations, refunds, replacements, or transfers will be accepted.
10. Luce Sovereign shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by flights, traffic conditions, weather, government regulations, third-party service providers, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Guests are responsible for ensuring they carry valid travel documents and comply with all applicable immigration, customs, and local laws.
12. Luce Sovereign reserves the right to amend the itinerary where necessary due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances while making every reasonable effort to minimise any inconvenience.
