Terms & Conditions

1. Your itinerary will be thoughtfully planned around your arrival and departure times to maximize your time in Singapore.

2. Package price covers concierge coordination and booking services only.

3. All confirmed bookings are final. Any cancellation by the customer , third party service provider or due to circumstances beyond Luce Sovereign’s control is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be replaced or rescheduled.

4. Third-party charges, including attraction tickets, accommodation, transportation, dining, shopping purchases, and other supplier fees are not included and will be charged separately at the prevailing rates.

5. Airport transfer charges are separate unless included in your limousine booking.

6. All concierge services are subject to availability.

7. Advance booking of at least 7 days is required and is subject to availability.

8. Full payment is required to confirm all bookings. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received.

9. The package includes one airport arrival transfer, one airport departure transfer, and one 8-hour private chauffeur service as stated in the package details.

10. Restaurant reservations are made on a best-effort basis and remain subject to the restaurant’s availability and operating hours. Meal costs are not included unless otherwise stated.

11. Attraction ticket arrangements cover up to three attractions. Admission tickets and any applicable booking fees are charged separately unless specifically included in the package.

12. SIM/eSIM purchase assistance is a concierge service only. The cost of the SIM/eSIM, registration requirements, and any applicable government regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

13. The package includes bottled drinking water and light refreshments Snacks. Special dietary requests are subject to availability.

14. Overtime for the chauffeur service beyond the included 8 hours will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate.

15. Waiting time for airport transfers follows Luce Sovereign’s standard waiting time policy.

16. Any additional requests, extra destinations, concierge services, admissions, purchases, or transportation beyond the package inclusions will incur additional charges.

17. Child seats are available upon request and may be subject to availability and additional charges.

18. All passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times in accordance with Singapore law.

19. Luce Sovereign shall not be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by flight delays, immigration clearance, weather conditions, road closures, traffic congestion, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

20. No refunds will be provided for unused services, no-shows, late arrivals, or voluntary changes after the booking has been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

21. Luce Sovereign reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of an equivalent or higher class in the event of unforeseen operational requirements.
