Terms & Conditions


  1. Advance Booking - Bookings must be made at least 7 days before the intended arrival date and are subject to availability.

  2. Booking Confirmation - Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Concierge services will commence only after payment has been received.

  3. Pre-Arrival Consultation - The pre-arrival travel consultation will be conducted via WhatsApp to understand the guest’s travel preferences and requirements prior to arrival.

  4. Flight Monitoring - Flight arrival and departure information will be monitored based on the flight details provided by the guest. Luce Sovereign is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete flight information.

  5. Travel Itinerary Planning - A basic personalised Singapore travel itinerary will be prepared based on the information provided by the guest. Any major revisions or additional itinerary planning may be subject to additional charges.

  6. Restaurant Reservation - One (1) restaurant reservation is included. Reservations are subject to availability and the restaurant’s operating hours. Food and beverage expenses are not included.

  7. SIM/eSIM Purchase Assistance - Concierge assistance will be provided to arrange the purchase of a SIM/eSIM. The cost of the SIM/eSIM, registration requirements, and applicable government regulations remain the responsibility of the guest.

  8. EZ-Link Card Arrangement - Concierge assistance includes arranging the purchase or collection of an EZ-Link card. The cost of the card and any stored value or top-ups are not included.

  9. Digital Guide - A complimentary Singapore digital guide and map will be provided for personal travel use only.

  10. Airport Transfer Coordination - Airport transfer coordination is provided for limousine bookings made through Luce Sovereign. Transportation charges are not included unless purchased as part of a separate limousine service package.

  11. WhatsApp Concierge Support - Dedicated concierge support is available via WhatsApp throughout the guest’s stay for travel-related assistance during our operating hours. Services beyond the package inclusions may incur additional charges.

  12. Additional Services - Any purchases, attraction tickets, transportation, reservations, delivery fees, or third-party services requested by the guest are chargeable separately unless expressly stated as included in the package.

  13. Cancellation & Refunds - Confirmed bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Luce Sovereign.

  14. Limitation of Liability - Luce Sovereign acts as a concierge and booking coordinator for selected third-party services. We are not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, or service failures by airlines, restaurants, attractions, telecommunications providers, or other third-party service providers.

  15. Force Majeure - Luce Sovereign shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, flight disruptions, government regulations, public events, or other unforeseen events.

  16. Right to Amend - Luce Sovereign reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions and package inclusions without prior notice.
